These terms describe how HealthFit may be used. Because the site covers calculators that touch health, fitness, and pregnancy, the section on what the tools are and what they are not is the most important part of the page. Read it before relying on a result for any meaningful decision.
Not medical advice
HealthFit publishes educational estimates. The BMI, TDEE, BMR, due-date, ovulation, calorie-target, macro, and heart-rate-zone calculators implement published formulas and return numbers in the same way a textbook calculation would. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for an examination by a physician, midwife, registered dietitian, or licensed coach. For decisions about pregnancy management, weight change, training progression, or any clinical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Use of the site
HealthFit is free to use for personal reference, classroom education, and routine fitness planning. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or scrape it at a rate that affects availability for other visitors. Calculator outputs may be quoted in non-commercial writing with attribution to HealthFit.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranty. Formula constants and guideline thresholds are reviewed quarterly against published sources, but health guidance evolves and a value that is current on one visit may not be current six months later. The publisher does not warrant that any calculator output is fit for a specific clinical, regulatory, or competitive purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of HealthFit, including any harm tied to following or misinterpreting a calculator result. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Advertising
HealthFit is supported by display advertising through Google AdSense. Ad content is determined by Google and its partners and does not represent an endorsement by HealthFit. Pages discussing sensitive categories request non-personalized advertising.
